1. Sovereign INR Pricing & Billing
All pricing tiers (Starter ₹950/mo, Pro Builder ₹2,450/mo) are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to statutory 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Invoices include valid GSTIN tax credit vouchers for business expense deductions.
2. Micro-VM Sandbox & Tool Execution Rules
The Shikra REPL sandbox executes code inside ephemeral memory-isolated isolates. Users agree not to execute cryptomining, network denial of service, or unauthorized vulnerability probing.
3. Intellectual Property & Artifact Ownership
Users retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all generated code, Markdown reports, slide decks, and Mayur canvas artifacts created through their workspace.
4. Availability & Budget Protection
KlecherAI guarantees sub-50ms token routing SLAs for native models and enforces automatic spend ceilings to protect builders against unexpected provider billing overages.
5. Alpha Waitlist, Tickets & Bonus Credits
During the v4 Alpha waitlist phase, joining the waitlist with an email reserves a priority seat and issues an Alpha ticket reference. When general access opens, you may create your account using your registered email alone — no ticket is required. Redeeming your Alpha ticket at that time grants one-time bonus compute credits, as specified in the welcome email and any future promotional communications. Tickets are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
