By using Klecherai.in and our Playground APIs, you agree to these terms. Please ensure you have read and understood them before querying endpoints.

1. Beta Usage & Reliability

Klecherai.in is currently in beta. Any services, APIs, and playgrounds provided are offered "AS IS" without SLAs. We reserve the right to alter features dynamically for testing and development.

2. Fair Use & Rate Limiting

Our infrastructure deploys stringent protections against botting and spam. Standard limitations are up to 50 requests per day per user via our public endpoints. Bypassing, proxying, or circumvention attempts will result in permanent firewall IP bans without appeal.

3. Liability

Klecherai.in cannot be held liable for any damages arising out of API outputs. The Claude-3 wrappers emit generated content which may not always be 100% accurate, factual, or safe. Professional verification is strongly recommended.
